First off, me and my family are heading to the Biltmore estate for my boyfriend mom" make a wish" gift. And we stop at this P.F.changs one of the one places she likes to eat. Our server was Matt.C and he did not do a good job. He took a long time serving us and we waited for a long time to get our receipts. And we were charged 9.95 for 5 pieces of little Honey chicken. It was not worth the price or time. And my whole family is very upset.

We go out for Chinese food every year for Christmas Eve, and have chosen P.F. Chang’s as our go to for the last several years. Tonight will be the last time we drop any money into that establishment because the manager Dani was horrible! We asked a simple question about the rewards points that we earned, and she spoke to us with a very condescending tone, and a Disgusting look of contempt on her face. Food was always great!! But the service at this place was terrible!!! Sat at the bar to get in and out, and the guy was terrible and received zero help for the manager!!! But again the food was great!!!
Good food and attentive service. Love the chicken chicken lettuce wraps. One of our favorites.
