Delicious food and a great atmosphere
Great food! Nice people. We recommend it.
The new weekday promotion they are running, is the best deal you can find. $10 all you can eat chicken lettuce wraps ~ YUM!! wait staff very attentive and nice. I came home with almost 2 whole new round of the lettuce wraps.
We received very poor service. We had a 3:45 reservation. When we arrived to an almost empty restaurant, it still took 10 minutes to get seated. drinks took another 30 minutes after ordering for 2 of the 6 of us at the table plus they said they did not have the ingredients for a pitcher we had ordered. We changed drink orders and it still took another 20 minutes. after being there 1 1/2 hours, our checks had to be redone 3 times. We all had simple meals, not appetizers or desserts. The food we had was good.
Their food is wonderful and I’ll never stop eating at P.F. Chang’s... but the customer service needs to get better. I order for delivery on Postmates for this restaurant all the time, and it’s a shame that I’m treated differently than a customer who would dine in and request for things with the meal they’re paying for!! If I’m paying $40-$60 for my food delivered to my doorstep, I should have the same equal service as customers who dine in. I literally live about 15 min from this P.F. Chang’s. I love this place and it definitely has my vote!!! I was looking for a Asian restaurant that didn't have MSG in their food and I struck gold with pfchangs restaurant!!!!! so if you want a good restaurant to go to where you don't have to pay a high price but get good food and no MSG and have gluten-free options then go to PF Changs!!
