Nice dealership Nice dealership. Shopped around alot and really liked this dealership. Got exactly the car I wanted and a great deal. Jim Cronk was very imformative and helpful.
Great service I recently bought a used corvette from foxes auto group. I had an oil consumption problem. I took it in and they did what GM told them to do to fix it. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. I brought it in again, and it was the piston rings. Foxes auto covered the labor and the parts for me! Its over a 2000 dollar job! I had wonderful customer service, in all the departments I dealt with. I recommend going to foxes, because the prices are great and they will be there after the sale. Joe
Excellent Experience :) We purchased a Buick Encore from Jim Cronk at Fox Auto Group on April 8, 2013. What a great experience at a car dealership!! Who knew this could be possible! Body Shop A++ I want to thank the body shop at Fox. What a nightmare wrecking my car. The staff at Fox handled everything. They talked to my insurance company and even arranged the rental car for me. The work was done quick and my car looks new again. A bad situation was made easy by Doug and his staff. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need too... I'm going back to Fox.
Fox Auto Group is Great!!! I just purchased a used 2009 Cadillac from Fox and the sales and service departments are SUPER. I noticed a brake problem when I left the lot (5PM). Took car back and the next morning, at 8:30AM I was on the road heading back home to Delaware.If you noticed, I said Delaware. Yes I drove 400 miles to deal with Fox. They offered the best deal and trade-in on my 2005 Cadillac.
