The front desk staff, the nursing staff, the Drs, the cleaning staff, the social workers, everyone of them were so kind and good with our little guy. I read some of the negative reviews for this hospital and I would like to say they must have been isolated issues and the facility must keep on top of problems like that because this place is the best hospital I have ever been to. The pediatric ward is definitely outdated. The nurses were rude and nothing came across clear or the same. I took my infant son in for refusing to eat and instead of trying to figure out the problem they shoved an ng tube down and wouldn’t let him have a bottle. When he should’ve been offered at least the bottle and if not push it through. I was constantly told they rarely deal with babies but refused to send us to the NICU we had just left not even a week prior.
