Petya is the best at what she does. She is also insanely responsive to any questions we had -- at all hours of the morning and night. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. She also really tried to make it the least work on us, which I greatly appreciated. I don't know how she ever has time for herself. She got our loan done on an incredibly tight time frame and we owe her so much. I am very happy we got to work with her.
