I called them with some last minute horse trailer issues before a trip we were taking and really needed them all fixed. They went above and beyond to keep me posted on trailer updates ,they stayed late to work on more problems that came up and even got it back before the promise date! Super impressed! They will be my new trailer go to shop for sure.
We travel thousands of miles across the country during the year. We have 17 dogs that make up our pack/family. Their safety is our number one priority! You better get an estimate before having any work done or you may fall over. I could have purchased a new trailer for what they charged me.
I had an issue with a jack on one of our trailers. Pettus discovered the problem and replaced the jack very quickly. Great service!
