Tech came to my house and was there for less than an hour. When I got the bill I was charged for 3 hours. When I called to ask about it they handled situation poorly and unprofessional. Very disappointed since I’ve worked with them in past and had a good experience before.
Pettitt did a great job fixing a couple of gas leaks that I had. I will be calling Pettitt for now on for all of my plumbing needs.
