Had a fabulous meal in a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious and service was excellent.
My husband and I made reservations before seeing a show. We were promptly seated, our waiter knowingly inquired if we were attending a show (yes) so he could make sure we departed by 7 pm, and ultimately our food was excellent. Water never empty, never felt rushed just attentive service.
A pre show dinner with my daughter: the staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter ordered the 5 cheese ravioli and the waitress offered a half order. I was not aware this was a option and it was the perfect portion. I got the filet and they both were fantastic. Also you have to get the peppermint ice cream.

Yum. The bartender there makes an awesome Cucumber Martini with fresh ingredients. It's the best!
We had Daniel as our waiter and he was exceptional! Amazing food and service. Most definitely coming back!
My favorite pre-theater spot in Chicago. Most recently, I was there for a wonderful weekly event called Monday Night Live hosted by Denise McGowan Tracy! It's an event where local cabaret singers and performers who find they have the night off can take the stage and entertain the crowd. Wonderful!
Everyone was pleased with their food, but the service was a little off. That hasn't always been the case at Petterino's, though, so maybe the server was just having a rough day.

I have gone here several times to have dinner before a show and have valet my car. Our food was great, our waitress was good. The disappointing part is when we got our car back, the car had been ransacked. At first I thought I was getting the wrong car that is how bad it was. All the contents of the glove compartment and console were emptied out on the floor of the car. Luckily we did not have anything of value in the car to be stolen. Service was great. Restaurant was classy and still fun. We have the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and the filet trio. We shared each others because they were both so delicious. I can't wait to go back.
