I had the featured entree, three Parmesan crusted beef medallions, mashed potatoes, and crispy onion strings. It was fantastic! As was the crispy burrata appetizer, and of course the peppermint ice cream with fudge. Our server, Trish, was the best. We've been there a bunch of times before shows and no server ever told us about being able to pick up any leftovers from the valet station before. She also recommended delicious drinks! We even added her name to our guest file for our next reservation 😃

Great on all levels. Service, atmosphere, food presentation, and of course the food itself. We have been there Many times and the consistency of quality is one of the reasons. City ambiance. Personable waitstaff. Generous portions. Etc, etc, etc.
Tim D! We were there April 15th for a pre Destiny Of Desire lunch. I've been to Petterinos many times and have always received excellent service. On this occasion however our server went above and beyond and his personal touch set the tone for what was to be a perfect afternoon. Mediocre service with no sense of urgency. Waiter never smiled. Charming atmosphere, but the lack of enthusiasm was evident in my watery pasta with overcooked, sad vegetables. Sorely disappointed to see such a classic Chicago restaurant in need of a tune up.
Great atmosphere, location, decor. Had the salmon teriyaki which was very good.
Outstanding service to match the great food. Perfect place to eat before the theater. Ballet parking puts it over the top.
