This experience was awful. I took my Maltese-Yorkie-Poodle mix in for a hair cut and bath. I asked for a short, puppy cut and he was completely shaved. I paid for the service before I saw my dog. Once I saw him I immediately requested a refund. The grooming manager, Laura, was extremely rude and tried to argue with me, telling me that I understood they would shave him if necessary, which was not the case. The grooming staff here is great!! They always do a great job with my dogs' nail trims and frequently do a little extra. I love coming here, and the dogs are even getting less nervous about their nail trims :)
