Worst petsmart ive ever been to, stand in super slow moving lines everytime. Bought 32 crickets today. I live around the block and they were all dead by time i got home. Fucking ridiculious.
There is one lady in this store that is polite. Groomers are rude and show no affection to your dog. I knew better than to come in but I needed their nails done. I usually drive to the Manchester store. Lesson learned. I will never go back to the groomers here. The Manchester store is very, very friendly and loves your dogs as if it were their own.
Sunday December 10th we sadly had to put our deeply loved cat captain jack sparrow to rest. My two girls witnessed end of life and it broke my heart . They asked if we could go to pet smart and just see the animals. Of course! And we met “Mack” who is now “BAZINGA “ he is a loving , fun, large (literally) in charge cat who came home with us and has made himself right at home. The wonderful kind lady who helped us was awesome! Thank you !
I just go there to buy food and some supplies. I rarely bring a dog. Last night I stayed a longer time than usual because it was pouring rain outside. They really need to put in a couple of benches for people to sit on in there. I am partially disabled and since I was waiting out the storm I was in there longer... I was in pain with no place to sit & rest. Since I spend over $100 every month, I think that's not too much to ask. I don't use the groomer or their vet, so I can't evaluate those services.
Manager is always friendly, she always takes time to answer questions groomers are pleasant enough and good with my dogs though they might not keep having side conversations of how they hate their job or about other employees in front of Their customers
Most of the time our visits are awesome. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable..
They always treat Rambo and I very well. He loves the treat behind the register.
Went in to look at getting some fish for my sons birthday. We had no idea what we needed and what type of fish to get. We had help from Alisha and let me tell u, she's AMAZING!! Super helpful and resourceful. Told us exactly what we needed and educated us on how to keep the little guys alive!! She knew her stuff!! We will be coming back for all our little fishy needs �
