RecommendedLove everything about our kitty adoption from Petsmart in O’Fallon thru Heartland Humane Society. We purchased $167 of necessities too. Next day @ Veteran’s Memorial, adt’l $86 in more necessities.
We purchased a bearded dragon and it started showing signs of neurological problems within a month. PetSmart would not even offer us store credit. Very poor customer service
I took my puppy to Petsmart for a quick trim and bath, and they told us it would be about 3 hours- I made a 5:00 appointment that ”couldn’t find in the schedule”, so we were expected to wait until 8:00. We asked if they could just give her a quick bath since we had other places to be afterwards. Our puppy came out and started whining and nervous shedding all of the way home. She’s never done this at any other groomer before. I’m not sure what they did to make her so upset but we’re never going back.

I booked a $76 grooming package today and they sent Rocky home because he was scared. They still charged me $20 to trim his nails (when I’d already trimmed half of them). They suggested that I call Elm Point to have him groomed there because they could sedate him. We happen to go to Elm Point and they know Rocky- when I called them to book an appointment and told them what your groomers suggested they were appalled. RecommendedTaylor, the groomer, is an artist and a sweet heart
We took our dog to be GROOMED, he also had fleas. We we're told he needed a "flea dip". The cost was $7.00 more for the dip. Got him home and he still had fleas! Called them and was told they don't do "flea dips"! We will NEVER go back!!!!
