Was treated very poorly when trying to buy a fish. It's sad cause I was excited that for the second time PetSmart had a fish that Petco didn't! I was thinking I had found a new go to pet store even though Petco is closer. Definitely not worth it to be spoken to so rudely. I'll wait for Petco to get what I need.
They groomed my poodle and she looks awesome!!!!!!!
I use the Banfield at this location and tonight I used the grooming services. My 5 month old puppy LOVES coming to this store--even to go to the vet! The staff throughout the entire store is always very kind and helpful. It is for sure the best Petsmart I have ever visited. I'm a frequent flyer now, I love it here! �
Never will go back again! Worst groomers and manager. Took my dog after 30 min. they still had not started working on him because they had to many dogs. They would not work on him I had to drive back because he wouldn't go in kennel. Im not paying you to keep my dog in a kennel when he is suppose to be groomed. Then they kept trying to sell me stuff. I took my beagle in for a wash and nail trim. They never called me to come pick him up. He sat there for an extra 30 minutes. They didn't even trim his nails because they claimed he tried to bite the groomer. But I was still charged for it. He looked like one of those traumatized animals from the aspca commercials when they brought him out to me.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS IS IT THAT HARD, THANKS....
Takes horrendous care of their animals, especially their ball pythons. They will refuse to sell you mice to feed to your reptiles as well, which might explain why their ball pythons are always starving to death, other than the horrific husbandry and cohabitation. Don't waste your time or money supporting a company that encourages such horrible care of ALL of their animals.
Dropped my dog off here like I have dozens of times to be bathed and trimmed. Got a call 15 minutes later that they wouldn't groom him because he has a little scab on his back, even though it was there the last time they groomed him. The employees were rude, and acted like I was a horrible owner when my dog is very well cared for. Last time I even buy his food from this place.
