I took my dog to this location for the 2nd time since moving to Lake Mary and both times left disappointed. The first time they didn't shave his tail which I considered a misunderstanding and let it go. This time they gave him a "Lion tail". When I dropped him off I was clear that it needed to be shaved just like his body. From reading other reviews I'm wondering if I shouldn't have just shopped around for other providers. I shop here regularly, but the low rating is because of the grooming section. Today I had to pickup a few items and while checking out at the register, I watch this female groomer with a schnauzer. That poor dog was in so much misery, because of the pulling with a comb she was doing to his beard, from his nose and straight down, without any regard for mats or tangles.. They placed my puppy of only a few weeks old into a bigger group of dogs for her first training session. The trainer was told she didn't have all her final shots, but said they test every dog..... but one of the other dogs was a street rescue and violent, the owner showed us bite marks all on her forearm. My corgi puppy got a fever 2 days later and had multiple vet visits, including emergency vet in the middle of the night. I paid hundreds of dollars because of them.
