I went to pet smart for the first time with my Yorkie Rocco. The people in the groomers were friendly and very helpful! I showed Jackie a picture of what I wanted for the cut and she went over all the available services. Once I picked what I wanted Jackie let me know how long it should take and took Rocco with her promising to call as soon as he was done. I take my dog every Saturday everyone is very friendly
I came in today and paid for the pawdicure plus for our dog. We walked the store and within 8 minutes they said they were done with everything. When we got him back to the car we checked online to see what was included and saw that a few things were never done. We went back in and the manager claimed that "she watched them" but then would do it herself. She did his paws over and asked the previous girl if she did it before and she responded by saying "no".
