good customer service, small lines, people available to answer questions, a huge variety of products for my kitty. no downside. This is where I shop to stock up on Fatty's stuff.
Was at the vet and they answered all of my questions I called the next day and went back the day after for some other concerns and the doctor took us right back... I love this place!!
Rachel at the grooming salon took care of my puppy Bolt. She was amazing. I called earlier because he got into something and smelt horrible. I didn't have a apt and she said she could get me in with no issue. I usually go to Daytona, but last time they did a horrible groom on my dog and he didn't smell different and still smelt nasty. I'm so happy I went here. I recommend Rachel if you need your pet groomed she does a amazing job!!! Thank you so much you will be seeing Bolt again next month!
Did not do a good job with nail trim. Left them long and very sharp, usually PetCo makes them pretty smooth and short.
