To expensive! !!!! I can't believe the prices these stores are charging for their items. It gets to the point they are taking advantage of the customers because they no we love our pets, so they increase prices!!! It's really a shame .
Grooming is excellent. I've always dealt with friendly employees.
I buy Authority Grain Free for my dogs. They were out of the size that I usually buy. I hunted around for an associate to look in back to see if there was any more and was told it was all out on the shelves. She did not even go in back to look and I could clearly see pallets of food! I asked her to check if it was available at another location and was told to go ask at the register. The people who work here are so nice and helpful they went out of their way to help me when i needed help with my pets food. They even gave the kids candy on the way out we got a treat for our dog and our kids i love this store ❤❤❤
We spent over $80 in this store and the cashier was rude and just scanned everything as quick as she could (she was due for her break apparently, she walked out the door before we did) she rang up something twice. When I was shocked to hear our total was $99 she didn't seem concerned to help me figure out why. So when I went back in to ask another cashier (whom I interrupted texting on her phone) to help me figure out why our total was so much she was snotty with me also and tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Kari gave Chloe a beautiful haircut! So loving, gentle, and talented.
I am so angry with this store ! I called and talked with someone in the small pet department 3 different times about buying pet rats . She told me they had 7 in stock . We drive 43 miles to the store . I am told we don't have rats & haven't for 3 weeks ! What the heck ?! I will not be shopping at this Petsmart ever again . I was forced to tap a star . I wouldn't give this store any stars if given a choice .
I always bring my 2 boys here and they love having Allie take care of them. She is wonderful!!!
