I took in a stray cat and rehabbed it back to health. Banfield pet hospital did everything they could to get Windsor healthy and happy again. The entire staff was caring and helpful. I am sad to say that after 6 months of living happily with me, Windsor bolted out the door after a bunny on March 27th. I've had some horrible experiences lately with a few other local groomers. Having worked in the service industry I realize that most of the reviews that get posted are due to the bad experiences, so I thought I'd take a moment to share my good experience this afternoon. I took my 15 year old bichon (he is mostly blind and can sometimes be grumpy) to have his ears cleaned after finding out that our last groomer hadn't been cleaning them. Completely disappointed with the grooming service at PetSmart for refusing to give my baby a PAWdicure (nail trim and grind, ear cleaning and bandanna) just because she wouldn't go to them?? What kind of policy is that? She going to be scared. Aren't most dogs? I just found it completely unprofessional the way the lady handled it. It's like she wasn't even trying. At all.
