We have been going here for years with out 4 dogs for grooming and supplies. My husband called yesterday to make an appointment to have our dogs groomed. The girl him to bring them at 8:00AM this morning. My husband loads up 3 Saint Bernards and heads to Petsmart. When he gets there, their RUDE manager tells him their appointment is not until 3:00 PM! My husband went there looking for a puppy food that we had run out of and they did not carry it. He asked the person helping him if they could help us find something close to the food and they told home that they couldn't help him because they had no clue. He left there I got on the phone with Petco and wow so much knowledge in the dog foods. I will never step back into a pet smart.
I was in the Petsmart on 71st Street in Tulsa (May 31, 2015) to get some Advantix for my dog. When I got to the register, the cashier informed me that the cost was $87; however, if I would be willing to give them my name and phone number, it would be $77. The tag on the shelf indicated it was $62. I even took the cashier to the item and showed her. She claimed it was placed there by mistake by stockers.
