Pretty awful that your employees can’t help someone find something without calling their pet a pest. “I don’t get why people try to keep pests” is specifically what was said to my husband when an employee was questioned about a proper enclosure for some worms we have been pupating. Maybe try educating your employees on being more animal friendly to ALL animals seeing as this is a pet store.

RecommendedI love everyone there. They take great care of all four of my dogs. They are very professional and polite.
So I went yesterday and bought a lizard fishtank kit cost me $154,plus some accessories, today I go and buy the small cricket tank to keep them in there, and the girl in the back told me I can only take 5 cricket, because they need some on the morning, now is taht my fault if is gone is gone, I drove a couple of miles and spend all that money to get 5 crickets, gas isn't cheap. Not going there again, that was kinda rude and not right to me or anybody..

9/10 grooming experiences I’ve had at this location are TERRIBLE. Now I come in and they have changed the hours without posting it anywhere. No more walk ins after 615 except their sign and everything else says 7. Literally turning people away when they have one dog there. Staff is usually very unhelpful. Multiple bad experiences.
I just left and paid $41 for a bath and partial hair cut for my dog. They couldn’t finish the cut or do his nails. I mentioned when I called and when I took him and they said no problem. What a waste is money. No more PetSmart shopping or grooming. ZERO STARS
