The lady working with the reptiles was very rude. Will not be shopping at this petsmart anymore. ALSO their banana ball python is WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY overpriced. Don't bother getting a banana ball python from petsmart for $400 when you can get one from any local breeder for $200.
I’ve been here multiple times to this location & most everybody up front is always rude!
They overbooked on dogs needing baths and had so many animals in kennels waiting on their turn. It was a mad house. Left not getting my dog bathed. Will choose another place for next time
I have a little dog who hates getting his nails trimmed. He gets very scared and aggressive whenever I attempt this procedure. I took him to PetSmart at Tulsa Hills. The groomer, Amber, did a wonderful job. She kept my puppy calm and I am so thankful for her attitude. It was worth the 20 minute drive. Thank you Amber.
Can’t say enough how important customer service is. A smile goes a long way! This staff was 10/10 never get to say that about many businesses now a days! Next time we are in town our Baby will be back for a grooming! Very impressed�
I love our Petsmart! The staff is so helpful when you have a question and friendly. The Pet Groomers (Amber) were awesome! We took out Fur Baby Oliver for his first bath and nails clipped and they were very nice. Oliver came home in such a loving mood and I can't wait to take him back in 2 months. Thank you Petsmart for everything!
The staff is very passionate about what they do and truly care about the animals that they have
