DO NOT USE THE GROOMING SALON! We have used them for years and years. We have always been told that they clean the ears of our lab. After finding out our lab has packed ears and will likly need a proceedure to clean them I called. I first asked if they cleaned the ears good and was told they did. My vet said it didn't look they had ever been done. When I told them this I asked them to look up our account and the story changed. They only "wipe the ears". Pretty big difference. I bought 3 fish from this location not knowing they had disease and all of my fish are now dead... including one that I’ve had for seven years... Will not be back to Petsmart ever again!
This place is amazing they took care of my grandmothers dog like it was there own!!! Dr.Roberts was sooooo amazing i recommend him to anyone with animals!! i cant get over how amazing he was!!!! 💜
I will never go anywhere else as long as Jaime mueller is working there! She cares so much and is knowledgeable about all the products and animals! That’s very rare to find these days! Best pet store I have ever been to, and I have no doubt that it is in large part to Jaime!

We’ve been taking our one year bulldog, to beginners training. Now, we enrolled him in the intermediate training. We like Carolyn ( trainer), as she won’t be training after the new year. Plus both of my cats go to Bandfield. I haven’t had ay problems in the years I’ve been taking my pets here.
This PetSmart is SO friendly & helpful EVERYTIME I've been there!
