Forced to beg Bandfield for an Rx for the Hills C/D food for my cat that NEEDS it due to developing crystals AND having major surgery. Already had a Rx from my OWN vet but for some unexplained reason, you have to have a Bandfield Rx . WTH. I'm not gonna drag my pet in there to be examined by an unknown vet after all he's been through just to purchase an already expensive product...WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY OWN VET. Petsmart, who sells the food? You or Bandfield????
