For several years, Kelly usually grooms my dog but she transferred to another store. So this time Jenna took care of my dog. She did a great job making my best friend feel cooler in this hot weather and nails not scratching me. Thank you Jenna for taking such good care of Bj ♡♡
Mj did a great job on my dogs nails & seeing that my dog was so nervous handled him very well. I've visited other PetSmarts and they have only once cut his nails properly. I'd drive all the way back to Elk grove just to have MJ do it right again�
Twice I have taken my dog in for grooming. I had asked for bath and sanitary cut and trim. Twice when I picked her up she just had a bath after four hours. Staff looked at me when I was a little frustrated and stating my dissatisfaction. They really need to get a lead to help with customers and understand what is being requested. Clearly some staff are clueless. Ultimately one young lady and young man helped me and trimmed her. If PetSmart cares about their customers then the will work on this. Michelle in grooming is the BEST!!! I drive all the way Antelope/Roseville area she's been the only one who's worked on my little one for the past few years! Always worth the drive. Excellent groomer

Very pleased with the veterinary services. Employees always helpful. Shannon Russo did an amazing job of grooming our dog.
