going at all...only doing dog grooming..other people do have other animals...such as cats that need tending to as well as dogs! never go here people!!!!

we had a very bad experience with one of their groomers, something bad happened to our puppy during the grooming session, he got some cuts/ wounds & couldn't walk after, the groomer apologized & waived the charge. Our dear puppy died weeks after because of trauma in his body.
Jenna is the nicest person and groomer for our Lil Bentley. She always handle Bentley with care and give us comments how Bentley did. We are very happy with Jenna and trust her with our Lil Guy.
Had a good time with my dogs getting their picture with Santa Paws and meeting those working the stand as my wife knew the ladies participating in the photo shoots.
