Today, at one of your locations my dog was botched so badly by grooming that she had to be rushed to the vet for staples in her stomach. When picking her up, and understandably upset, I did not return a "have a good day" to another one of your "trained groomers" she then called me a bitch. So to sum up, my dog has staple, and I was called a bitch. You just lost a loyal costumer of over 10 years. #bye
Someone abandon six small kittens in the parking lot of Santa Ana PetSmart. So I went into PetSmart and asked the employee's to help but they said they can't do anything. Really? Isn't this their charter? Way to care about animals PetSmart! Unbelievable. I don't know who was more heartless, the person that left them or PetSmart.
