Grooming: They always overbook.. my dog was stuck there for six hours last time, not returning after that.
Very bad experience on Friday. My dog Cindy is around 2 years old and does get hyper but I've never been treated by any other groomer like the girl that did my dog. We had to take her back because her legs weren't trimmed and very little on her face. Anyway the girl wasn't happy because she had re-do Cindy and I think that made my dog nervous and maybe she was a little difficult. The grooming team in Merced are just too wonderful, especially Stephen. He has been so patient with my little Sportie boy and I really appreciate his compassion. The team has always greeted me with a smile and willingness to help Sportie work through his anxiety issues while Diamond just behaves herself. This team will never ever understand how much they mean to me. My pets monthly visit is always smooth sailing! Ten in my book with ten the highest possible rating!
