Don't take any of your pets to get groomed at PetSmart. I took my dog in today to get groomed and I received a call an hour later from the manager that their groomer cut part of my dogs ear off. I went in to pick him up from PetSmart's Vet and was told that they glued his ear back on and he should be fine. As I left, he began gushing blood and I had to take him to my regular Vet to get stabilized. To top it off I received terrible customer service from the lady at the Vet's front desk in PetSmart. Went in for a cat tag. Two people in line, no prob, right?? WRONG!! An hour and 1/2 later, we finally got our tag after 10 minuets at the printer.

Took my Shih Tzu Frida to get groomed today by Deedee and she did a GREAT job hands down. I would always have problems when it came to getting my dog groomed and she did just what I asked her. Just the right eye cleaning and hair cut, perfect would recommend her to anyone shes GREAT!
I bought a pair of doggie diapers for my dog. They did not fit so I returned them. The package (top paw) says you can return any unused portion with receipt for a refund. I did. It does NOT say partial refund. However when I bought the correct size the cashier pulled a diaper out to compensate for the missing one. That is NOT what the guarantee says. It says return unused portion for refund. Not tit for tat. Plus I had to pay an extra dollar, i.e. the full price for the second package even though the cashier took one. This p... read more
