I've been shopping Petsmart for years. The occasional sales & coupons really help. I always enjoy looking @ the KITTIES when I go in. I want to take some of them home but, we have 2 already & a lot if fish in our 40 gallon tank.
The Good: There is one lady at the park central location that works the register and deserves a raise. She is very friendly and has great customer service skills. When I go to buy products and see she is there I always go to her register. The Bad: I've been taking my dog to get groomed for almost a year now. He is a daschund. The last time I went in to grooming some rude lady working said, "your dog is too fat to be a daschund". She changed his breed to a Spaniel. He is far from this. If I could give zero stars I would. Received text and facebook announcement about Pokemon go offer and after I showed manager the facebook page, rules and text he said he doesn't do facebook and someone's pulling my leg and refused to give me card and honor the promotion. Went to other store and manager there knew all about it and have me card. We even talked about the game too.
The pet care department is great! The store overall is under the proper management most often, and the products available are of good quality. The new animals they get in are cool as well.
The worse service ever!!! One older woman was the rudest giving my husband attitude asking for our dogs shot record. Drove all the way over there made an appointment for them to tell us rudely she needed a certain shot or she would not be able to be groomed. Made no sense because the vet told us she wasn't ready for that particular shot just yet. This place had bad reviews but we were desperate and walked out without a groom and very upset and disappointed how we were treated. If we wouldn't have had our daughter I would hav... read more
