RecommendedShout out to Petsmart on 281 at Embassy!! We found a premature just born abandoned kitten dying in the snow this morning. I put her in a towel and rushed her over to Petsmart. The vet took one look at me and ran over to save her life. She put her under their warmers and got her the nutrients she desperately needed. They took over after letting me name her. If she makes it through the day, Snow will be with her foster family this evening.

Employees were rude and unhelpful. Gave me wrong price, then when I went to pay ss told actual price. Found the employee who told me the price and she got a huge attitude with me, continuing to yell at me as I accepted the price and walked away. The shrimp I purchased had parasites, and when I called to inform them..they did not care. I said that I don't want my money back, I just am concerned for the fish it was in the tank with and that they need to be quarantined. The man said "okaaaay. so...?" Banfield pet hospital is so amazing to my comet not to mention the pets hotel they love him the groomers are ok it’s hard to find someone who is patient with my lab but CHELSEA Is so wonderful she’s patient loving and cares really well for comet we LOVE her 🖤

Horrible service. Manager Eddie Gonzales wouldn't allow manufacturer coupons even though policy said other wise. Manager wouldn't even attempt just said no. Unprofessional! No customer service what so ever, just wanted me to call corp so he wouldnt have to deal with it. Coupon shamed me because I was getting a good deal. Smh
