The store director really stepped up and dealt with the computer problems like a champ. Everybody working in the store was great. And they were smiling! Great customer service!
We had a wonderful visit yesterday. It was the second time we've gotten to take our sophie. The staff and everyone there were extremely helpful and very nice.
Horrible customer service. And this is for the pet grooming department. They need someone that knows how to work a computer that can put personal information Into their system. Took my dog in to get groomed. And the girl couldn't find my info. Ask if I had my dogs shot records with me. No. I don't. Carry that around with me. And I shouldn't need it since we have been have several times before???!!!! Always a problem when I go in this store. Won't be going back.
Janie is an awesome trainer!! She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of dog (and owner!) training. I am so happy that Bentley, my Bichon Frise, graduated from Advanced Education today and was awarded Canine Good Citizen status! Way to go Janie and Bentley!!
Lots of toys to chose from! It wore me out so much that I had to go home and take a nap.
Dog missing in Longview area!! Last seen around Gilmer Road and Fairmont 6/19 approx 11:00 am older small white truck with pipe rack - possibly a contractor truck with no advertising, seen picking her up. Her name is Belle and has tags on that say "Harley." Please call Terri Benson James at (903) 399-0383 or Candace James Shumate at (903) 445-8054. She's been in our family for over 10 years!!
