Took my 85 lb flat coated retriever Mary Jane to be groomed we chose the furminator to help with her excessive shedding and Heather did a wonderful job. I took my puppy (1 year old) to be groomed for the first time yesterday. Being a short-haired dachshund/beagle mix, I wasn't sure what good it would do. I dropped him off, and they made him feel so at home that he didn't even notice me walking out the door. Tommi did his grooming and did a great job! He is sooo soft, ears cleaned, and toenails trimmed to where they won't hurt us anymore. On top of all of that, when I came to pick him up, they were playing fetch with him in the grooming station!
