I got in, I got what I needed and I got out quickly. The cashier was very friendly. I had a pleasant experience, just wish they open a little earlier.
I have been bringing my dog to pet smart for a few months and never had a problem until this past weekend. After coming home from having her bath my husband noticed a bruise inside our dogs ear that was not there before she went there. Needless to say I will not be bringing my dog back there again. Poor thing can't tell me what happened but I can make sure it doesn't happen again!
We brought two VERY GREEN Great Pyrenees that we found and are sponsoring through a rescue group here for their first grooming. It took at least six hours, but they made sure to go slow and recognize when the dogs were getting overwhelmed. I can't say how much that means to me, that they put the dog's welfare over getting the job done. Their trainer, I can't rave enough about. She has a passion for animals and it shows. My mastiff thinks she's the best ever! Overall, this store is amazing and the people are above awesome!
