OK so I was in search of a large dog jacket for my dog and I swear I went to maybe for other stores in the area starting from Baycity to Lake Jackson Petsmart and they had everything I got a very good price on my stuff I was satisfied I go back to the store just to buy stuff for my pet there so many awesome options and cool stuff for animals and that store and on discount clearance

2 weeks ago I bought $100 dollars worth of fish at the Petsmart store in Lake Jackson and all but 3 have died. I already had a beautiful Angel fish in my tank about the size of a small pancake and a few other older fish that also died. I won't be buying any more fish from Pets Mart that's for sure. I did notice that the clerk put in some Stress Coat in each of the bags (4) and that water ended up in my two tanks. Took my dog to get her nails clipped. I told the person she doesn't like it . She has been 2 times before and a guy did her and he was ok and handled her much better this time She cut her way too short one was bleeding pretty good and tonight she is very sore and limping . I will not take her back EVER again .
Took our 11 month old, Old English bulldog to get groomed (previously had used a private groomer). Haley was awesome. Dawn was very sweet and reassuring to us, the nervous parents. Layla looked and smelled great, nails grinded and in super great spirits when we picked her up. I will be back with her next month! Thanks, Haley, for taking such great care of Layla!
This grooming salon is absolutely ridiculous! Stay away!!
I have been taking my dogs to be groomed at PetSmart for a while now. Buster and Libby just love Dawn. It's so nice to drop my babies off somewhere that is kind and loving. I know your job is not easy Dawn. We live you and appreciate you more than you know. Thank you!
