I was checking out and there was only one checkout lane open which was fine. However, Tobey who was the person checking people out was rude to me and the lady behind us. There were some small loaves of bread on the counter next to some other dog treats. I picked one up just to look at it and he said in a very RUDE way, "those are not for you, those are for other customers. PetSmart Beware- their grooming is horrible. I gave them two chances and no more. This past time they didn't shave all of Morris, didn't honor my coupon, and they cut his ear and didn't even TELL ME. I found out on the way home Bc I had blood on my arm and it was on his neck, poor little guy. Sooo mad about this.
I am not fond of this store. The manager is nice and she is helpful, Lauren, but that is about it. The need to clean up the store and lower the prices. The so called pet perks card is a joke, coupons almost non existent . I wish we had a better choice for animal needs. And the clicker training, a bigger joke! Who carries a clicker everywhere when you or someone else is training your dog.. Big joke!
Worst customer service experience in my ENTIRE life! Not only did I have to wait 35 minutes for my dog to be 'checked in' for his appt, they tried over charging me too and then argued about it with me & then basically called me a liar. I know what kind of dog I have. He's been a part of my life for 10 years, nor is this his first time getting groomed .... but I know this much - it will definitely be the last time I step foot in this door.
