Disgusting. Was there in there a few days ago, all geckos NEAR DEATH. No one helped me, petsmart doesn't care!!! Took a video but it wont let me link here. Please let me know I will send it to anyone that asks! I am beyond angry~!
They burned all 3 of my dog's with the razor's they all have multiple spots on neck shoulders back and legs were they were cut with the electric razor they use to cut my dog's. I paid $43 $48 and $57 and as cute as they look it has been a week and there covered in scabs from being injured this is absolutely inexcusable. These are my furry children. I'm so unhappy with the situation.
Took my chihuahua to get his nails clipped today 10-3-2016, I called before I came to ask did I need an appointment the lady I spoke with said I didn't so I brought my dog in then she says his paperwork is expired which I knew was a lie I turned in his new paperwork in March good thing I had them in the car. XThen she said the wait was 5 minutes so 30 minutes later she is still not ready & they aren't even busy they had 1 dog being groomed!!! Came to look at bearded dragons and could not find one employee to help. After asking the cashier one employee came around after a good 5 minutes and clearly avoided helping us at all cost. Not sure if she was scared to handle the reptiles or what but it was very rude.
My dogs always look so amazing after Lucia is done with them at grooming! She does all of my babies and as you can see they love her 😍 she also does my Maltese who is special needs because she is geriatric, blind from cataracts and has lost most of her hearing, and adorable Lion 🦁 cuts on my Pomeranian. Lucia is sweet and patient with them. When she is done my dogs are so soft and smell amazing like sugar cookies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars all the way!
these idiots have no right aroubd animals if they don't know what they are doing. they had 2 corn snakes together, you don't cohabit snakes, one was actually eating the other snake, and they acted like they didn't care, one acted surprised about it, oh they being bullies? wow never seen a snake do that, when in the end its common for them to eat the other.
Fish were literally suffering and dying in that store. We took my daughter in and there were so many dead fish and crabs it was ridiculous. One was clearly suffering badly! It was unbelievably sad to watch.
What a great place to find a perfect companion and do all the shopping for your furever friend at the same place!
RecommendedToby is the dog whisperer; we keep bringing our dogs back to PetSmart because they learn new things in each training session. PetSmart in Burleson is a great place
