Visited the Burleson store today with our pup. The store was so dirty. Trash, gum, dirt...all kinds of things all over the floor for a curious pup to pick up. Had to clean her mouth out several times. The store is just overall trashy/dirty. It is also not well lit. There was also a very long line for checkout line they don’t have enough staff. i love Bansfield and the Groomers.
I went to PetSmart to get something’s for my dog and as I was cashing out I saw that there was a little shitzhu getting groomed AND I can tell that it was scared and guess what the groomer was doing?? Pulling on it’s ear and tugging on its face. What a disgrace.
