I took three of my dogs Friday to get groomed and I had specifically asked what I wanted didn't get what I wanted the bit the first Petsmart grooming that guy doesn't do what I want the others to what I want very unsatisfied customer 👎🏼

Gave them a 2nd chance after cutting my Shih Tzu on the ear after being groomed. She had to be seen by the Bainfield Vet in the store and get meds and ointment. Not even 4 months later we're at the vet yet again after receiving a call that she had a small cut under her chin! This time she needs staples! That's more than a scratch don't you think? I'm done! Yes, Raven the manager comped all the medical treatment as well as food and a sweater that the vet said she HAS to wear due to where the incision is a cone wouldn't work. ... read more
