I will always like this Petsmart. They were the first to groom my grand dog when we got her. She was skittish and after going there, she walked out confident. They polished her nails and alway made her look like a new dog. The staff is friendly and eager to answer questions or help. I recommend them

Very helpful and Courteous
Everyone is always nice and helpful. My puppy went for her 1st professional bath, and her pawgress report was positive. We shall return. I decided to put her new dress on afterwards #Onyx
Anything I write below has nothing to do with the staff, but Petsmart as a corporation. Vickie is wonderful!! She always addresses my concerns and seems patient with my 2 year old yorkie since she was a puppy. However, the store estimates 3 hours for a grooming.... it seems as though they try to get as many dogs in a day, which shows the store rather profit than valuing customers time and the dogs experience. This location is disgusting we went right when the open Saturday morning with our puppy. There was dried pee and poop smeared all over the isles. I had to carry my dog so that he wouldn’t get in anything, and I was dodging pee and poo everywhere 😡
