The in store staffing is great, the grooming however is not! I’ve been taking my dog to get a nail trim here, but the most recent time we went they refused our service. I’m not sure what they did to my dog, but he is traumatized of nail trimmers now, ever since they called me and told me “we just couldn’t cut his nails, he wouldn’t let us” my dog is just terrified of nail trimmers! I cannot believe what I just saw... I was at the PetSmart in Irving off 183 and a dog ran out of the store (no collar, from the vet's office). The employee was walking out of the store after him, but then stopped and did not leave the store, she didnt yell or anything to alert other staff or even good samaritan customers that a dog was loose, she stopped before she got to the door, she didn't even see where the dog ran off to... I will never ever leave my dog unattended at a PetSmart ever again.
We took our dog through beginner and intermediate obedience courses here and the instructor Joy is a miracle worker! The progress has been amazing. Joy is so creative, patient and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Had some questions about the fish tank. Two team members helping one customer. So I ask is there someone else that can help me, the other team members I'll get someone for you, we waited and waited for ten minutes no help us. So I asked to speak with the manager, it's the same guy. So I ask him and said you could of ask her, I was like what. His name is Shun not sure the correct spelling of his name. I call the other pet smart in Irving TX to get some help. This happened on April 8,2017 6:16-6:57. Don't ask questions .
