I freaking KNEW it. I bought a fish. I accidentally let a snail into the tank and it got lost in the watery jungle. I was like 'oh well; I have a pleco to eat all its food and/or one of the gouramis will probably eat it'. Just now went to feed my fish and there are NINE itty bitty snails all over the walls. Infestation! Thanks Petsmart. You suck, in multiple states, and you have pissed me off for the very last time. Open to suggestions on how to get rid of all the ones I DIDN'T see.

We had a blast the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I also found out they sell live crickets for lil chill my bearded dragon. Great job Petsmart.
Took my dog in here to get checked for a uti and breathing issues and they did absolutely nothing. Didn't think anything was wrong with her breathing.I paid for uti meds and was sent home, literally 1 hour later I had to rush her to a different vet and she passed away. She was only 3 years old. Never had any issues and was a frequent customer at petsmark. I will never ever bring any dog to petsmark for anything besides maybe buying dog toys. Im heartbroken that we lost a piece of our family because of their mistake
I shop at Pet Smart Largo and spend $400 - $500 monthly. The staff is kind and the assistant lady manager is great. I do have a complaint though. A big one. Recently policy changes were made by Rich and Randy, Distict mgr and store mgmt limiting adoption hours during the week to 5pm. 5 pm is when the majority of the adopting public gets out of work. This is a bad move on 2 fronts. Less animals get adopted!!! And adoptors usually spend money buying food and products. I adopted and spent $150 on scratching posts bed toys food.... read more

I love this Petsmart. Everyone has always been super sweet and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Kevin, Bonnie, and Kat.
