Just purchased a gentle leader today online for pick up. Online the size is wrong so the collar is too tight on my pups muzzle. I called customer service and advised we are quarantined and didn’t know since the next size up is priced the same if the store could just swap out the one that’s too small for the next size up curbside. They don’t follow county guidelines for wearing masks. Another employee didn’t have one on at all and they don’t enforce customers to wear one. When I ask her to cover her nose with her mask, she refused.
A close friend encountered this at his local PetsMart and I am outraged. This friend has been through underlying health issues. As someone who has respiratory problems myself, and as someone who recovered from COVID I am deeply disturbed by this picture. I don’t care what the reasoning is for this young lady to not wear her mask correctly. If PetsMart wants my business, corporate needs to make sure this doesn’t happen again. RecommendedChloe in grooming is amazing! I just took my deaf boxer in to have her nails trimmed and expressed my concerns with her being deaf. Chloe got down on the floor to meet my dog so that she wouldn’t be scared. Also when trimming her nails when my dog started to get fussy, she would stop and wait for her to calm down again. We will definitely be back to see Chloe in the future with my other dog too!
They have 15% off signs posted for small animal cages then refuse to honor the discount while being spoken to like a idiot by me extremely rude “manager”
