Staff is friendly but the manager Joe loves to follow my wife around( he loves her)
Best comment ever by one of the cashiers. Molly picked out one of the Kong squeaky balls from the bottom bin and carried it to check-out. I had to take the ball out of her mouth to put it on the counter. I apologized for it being wet and the cashier said " I don't mind ringing up slobbery toys because I know they were picked out with love."
This place makes me sick. I can't believe the things they have done to rescue groups that set up shop there for the weekends. Most of you probably think oh that's wonderful they let these places come in...no! They treat them horribly. They don't care about the animals all they care about is money. They get angry at the rescue group if they don't bring in enough people and money for petsmart! There products are overpriced and all they do is try to sell you more, from the store to the grooming to the vet clinic. They don't car... read more
We bought fish here no more than an HOUR ago. All but 2/20 fish we bought are dead. You have to be kidding me. We have bought fish at other Petsmart locations and had no issues. Pictures posted in comments. We will not be back to this Petsmart.
They don't have it together and the grooming dept is even worse. Go somewhere else if you can .
