Fantastic experience with the grooming department. Meagan took care of all 3 of my fur babies. She treats them like her own. Wherever Meagan goes, I will follow. I love the note cards she sends home with the babies. First class all the way!!
What I like best about PetSmart is their support of rescues & the fact that many locations host rescues each weekend.
I have a diabetic dog. I usually buy her food on Chewy. I’ve seem to find it cheaper at petsmart. I went in to get 28 cans of Hills Science Diet. When I got to the register Selina informed me the product was recalled and I was not able to buy it. This is the ONLY food I have been able to get my dog regulated with. Selina was very helpful in trying to figure out another solution and also price matching. Hills Science Diet and Royal Canin are Significantly different in price. This Petsmart store is wonderful. The employees are helpful, always eager to help you find exactly what you need. Cashier was friendly and genuinely loved the attention my dog gave her. She also helped me save money with a wonderful pet guide. ���
