I have been waiting 3 days to hear back from the district manager. This store did not apply my coupons correctly and while I try to inform the lady that they were Not applied she kept rolling her eyes at me and wouldn't help me . I left the store discourage and called corporate who informed me that because I left the store and left the lady with the coupons that I couldn't really do anything about it and I over paid $15 for no reason. couple weeks ago I went there with my two dogs and the lady name janet jose was the bather. she did a excellent job, she take care my dogs very well and when I picked up my dogs I can see my dogs love her. she is very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with her job and I highly recommend janet jose to everyone, she told me that she only work weekends and I willing to pay the 3 dollar extra they charged for the weekends because I want always janet jose take care my dogs, I am very happy with the excellent service ... read more

Don't go here EVER. They have the worst grooming service ever. My dogs hair cut was very uneven and his nails were cut jagged. Also 3 days later I noticed fleas in his white coat. My dog is a small in house dog so i know he got fleas from their grooming. BEWARE OF PET CARE GROOMING AT JOHN YOUNG LOCATION!!!

Went in around 7:50pm to see if I could ask a question at the vet (Banfield) waited while 3 ladies picked up their dog in front of me. Right as the vet guy was giving them their receipt, he spun around flipped off the lights, told them have a nice day and walked to the back leaving me standing there... Total asshole move and will NEVER bring my dog there again!
