I called PetSmart at John Yang today to make a bath appointment for my dog and unfortunately they refused to take her in, simply because she bit one of the people that works there... My dog has suffered a lot traumas and was abused before and that’s why I adopted her, to give her love. People who work with animals should know that sometimes they will bite you, and be at least prepared to go through the situation! I’m just really disappointed with this team!
