Kind of high priced compared to other stores. Several items no longer available.
There were doing fine until the guy from the salon named drew didn't want to cut my dogs toe nails they way they normally do will never go back
This location is very good. We go there to stock up on our cat and dog food/necessities every 2 -3 week and the employees are always very helpful and pleasant. I do see what you're doing at that corporate office though ;) sneaking the prices up a little every couple of weeks on my cat's favorite Fancy Feast Broths and reducing the selection. Pet Smart Springfield, IL clean organize friendly and management an awesome team. I used to buy my supplies at Petco now I shop at Pet Smart. The store Manger and Ryan Assistant Manager nice friendly and compliment professional staff. I love Pet Smart Store.
