Firing an employee for wearing a Black Lives Matter mask speaks volumes about the people that run this location. Sure from a corporate standpoint Petsmart says it supports Black Lives Matters, but the actions of management on a local level say anything but that after an employee was terminated for "insubordination" for wearing a mask that fit in your own "dress code" policy.
