I called petsmart to see if they had something I was looking for before making the trip all the way there. The girl who answers the phone says "oh, I don't really know. Your best bet is to just come and look for yourself." Ok, let me make the 40 minute drive to "look for myself" because you're too lazy to do your job. Great Customer Service.

Please be weary! I took my pets here last weekend and this week they are very sick and one of my dogs is having seizures, which he’s never had! Horrible service! We will never go back and I encourage you to take your pets someone cleaner and nicer!
WOW!!! Amazing customer service! We are getting our first ever puppy tomorrow, and I went in to get all the essentials. Joe at the register suggested this AMAZING coupon book, it was $20 and saved me almost $100 on all my puppy supplies, and I still have coupons for a free vet visit, and bath, and grooming. Then Jimmy came to help me. They were INSANELY busy, and Jimmy was patient with me and answered all my questions and took me around to get everything I needed. WOW! A PetSmart staff was very accommodating when he let me look at and enjoy a moment with a long haired Calico cat, that looked like wanting so bad to take her home. -- I would have loved to, but it could cause problems to our two cats. Three wouldn't work for us. PRAYERS that someone will take her home. it's free!
