Please be aware of taking your animals for grooming @ Petsmart. I brought my 2 bulldogs and it was like they were never there! Ears were dirty, nails were not trimmed, and their wrinkles were never touched. There are so many places in York to take your loved fur babies. Thank God our fur babies weren’t one of the pets who parished due to wrongful drying practices.
Took a tragic situation, where owner was murdered and we are raising her beloved dog. My friend was doing training classes at the pet smart in lancaster. The manager of the store in york let us continue the dog training at no cost. They were nothing but kind and supportive in us completing the training class, that my beloved friend wanted for her Bella. Thank you����
Took my puppy for a free bath that we got with puppy care. Came back the shaved part of her face. They didn't even ask me. She is a golden doodle which she looked like a teddy bear not anymore.
I will never purchase from your company after my visit to your York store today. The cashier refused to sell me a bark control collar because it wasn't suitable for puppies even though the description clearly stated it was for any dog from 8-120 pounds. And the online description says "great for training your puppy."
I really liked this store before today. Associate was horrible. Every question I asked him he said I'd have to talk to the manager.
Still waiting for my dog to be washed and nails trimmed at 11:45 with a 10am appointment!!! Could have washed him myself at home in 10 mins and the last time I took him for nail trimming it took under 5 mins. This is ridiculous!! NEVER AGAIN
